Sealing will ensure that products remain better protected against external influences. The impuls sealer is easy to operate and the perfect sealer for closing smaller quantities of standing bags*. This entry-level sealer has manual operation and is user-friendly. In case of larger quantities, we recommend a constant heat sealer.
The sealer can be used for:
Block bottom bags (Kraft paper / CPP), CPP bags, PE / PE bags
Sealing of 2-layer materials
Sealing of 3-layer materials**
*The seal seam is 2 mm, not as wide as the seal seam of the "constant heat sealer". The "constant heat sealer" has seams of 10 mm.
**The impulse sealer is suitable for sealing 3-layer materials, depending on the thickness of the material and the number of sealings per day ( because of the wear sensitivity of the sealing wires).
Warranty: 12 months. Repairs afterwards are not possible (with the exception of the seal wires). We offer the maintenance sets separately.
